Makayah Bradford brings a people-first approach, a love for organization, and a genuine appreciation for meaningful connections to her role as Customer Success Representative at Chrane. She was drawn to Chrane by its welcoming culture and the opportunity to build a lasting career alongside a team that supports and uplifts one another. Her experience at Starbucks helped shape her approach to customer service, teaching her that even the smallest interaction can make a difference in someone’s day. Whether she’s the fist person someone speaks to or the last, Makayah believes compassion, respect, and a positive attitude go a long way. In her role, she supports all of Chrane’s teams, bringing her organizational skills and willingness to learn wherever they’re needed. She’s especially excited to discover the many moving parts of the foodservice industry and how they all work together. Originally from Weatherford, Texas, Makayah considers home wherever her family and friends are. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and being with her close-knit family, including her five sisters and three nephews. A perfect day off might include a morning workout, walking her two dogs, grabbing breakfast, and finding a fun adventure with her newphews.

A Picture-Perfect Plan: Makayah loves having a plan and keeping things organized, but her creative side comes out through painting and diamond art, where every little detail has its place.

Pasta La Vista: Makayah could happily eat past on repeat, especially if Olive Garden’s unlimited soup and pasta are involved.
