ABOUT Kelsey

Originally from sunny San Diego, Kelsey brings a creative, detail-oriented mindset and a people-first approach to her role as Customer Success Team Lead at Chrane. A proud Texas A&M graduate, Kelsey has a natural talent for building relationships, supporting others, and making sure the details are taken care of. Today, she leads our Customer Success Team with that same focus, helping create a positive experience for both our customers and the Chrane team. Outside of work, you’ll find Kelsey going on walks, enjoying happy hour at The Rustic with a Moscow Mule in hand, or reminiscing about her unforgettable time at the Eras Tour! From a hidden talent for photography to an adventurous past working with cheetahs in South Africa, Kelsey’s journey is anything but ordinary. Her advice? “Always keep trying because it will get you where you need to be.”
