Janie is Chrane’s Director of Finance, bringing more than two decades of experience across finance, accounting, HR, operations, and systems. Known for building the structure and processes that help a growing company run well, she’s passionate about doing things right and setting teams up to succeed. She leads by a simple truth she lives daily: “If serving is beneath you, leadership is beyond you.” When she’s not working, Janie’s heart is with her family and her faith. You’ll find her spending time with the people she loves, reading her Bible, or chasing her next adventure, whether that’s a cruise to somewhere new, sand between her toes and the sun on her face, or the mountains and a day on the ski slopes.
