Mr. Restaino brings a still water depth to Chrane, with a placid exterior that can often hide his passion for the industry and the success of the brands he represents.  Living a semi-nomadic lifestyle as a young man he learned to cook a variety of foods and how to run a foodservice establishment.  He went on to formalize his education at the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park New York, and continues to expand his knowledge in the field. He resides in New Braunfels, TX with his wife Deborah (soon to be empty nesters?).  In addition to his fanatical enthusiasm for food and the industry, Ian loves being in the woods.  To him, there is no better way to connect to God and reinvigorate his spirit and purpose, 1 Cor 1:18.
