He has built his career around great food, strong teams, and practical solutions. Known for being dependable, loyal, and easy to work with, he’s excited to be part of a team that values both people and the craft.

Outside of work, David keeps things simple, spending time with his kids and dog. Chicago still stands out as his favorite place he’s lived, and he ranks seeing Nirvana as his best concert. He often turns to The Flavor Bible for inspiration and has his sights set on traveling around Spain.
