The Core of Chrane: Sensei Grasshopper at Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD

When the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD Administration Building opened in an area with limited restaurant/dining options, Child Nutrition Director Aaron Wylie and his team jumped at the opportunity to implement 'The Bistro'. With help from Foodservice Design Professionals, Supreme Fixture, and Mod-U-Serve, The Chraniacs were able to make another dream serving line and cafeteria space come to life.
