Mr. Restaino brings a still-water depth to Chrane, with a placid exterior that often conceals his passion for the industry and the success of the brands he represents. Living a semi-nomadic lifestyle as a young man, he learned to cook a variety of foods and how to run a foodservice establishment. He later formalized his education at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and continues to expand his knowledge in the field. He resides in New Braunfels, TX, with his wife, Deborah. In addition to his enthusiasm for food and the industry, Ian loves being in the woods. To him, there is no better way to connect with God and reinvigorate his spirit and purpose (1 Cor. 1:18).
