H-Town born and raised, Gretchen has a full house with three boys, three Yorkies, and a whole lot of energy. She is a former teacher and customer service professional, which means she is a master communicator, problem solver, and your go-to for anything. When she is not building relationships and making a difference for our customers, you might find her cooking, baking, binge-watching TV (it is called recharging), or planning her dream vacation to Italy, where pasta, history, and beautiful views are at the top of her list. A proud Astros fan, she enjoys happy hour at The Annex in Tomball, a perfectly cooked steak, and can even say the alphabet backwards with ease.
