Since starting in the restaurant world at the age of 16, Chef Andy has developed his skills and broadened his knowledge in many areas of cooking. He has worked as a restaurant chef, butcher, and operator in various settings. Now, Chef Andy brings his extensive experience to Chrane, showcasing his culinary expertise at Houston’s “The MIX” Test Kitchen. His wide-ranging skills and deep understanding of the industry make him a valuable member of our team.
