Brian has been supporting CJR behind the scenes for years, gaining firsthand insight into what makes the team special. He looks forward to helping shape the future of CJR and grow alongside the company. He brings a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Brian is all about family and the outdoors. He’s a proud dad of three, a BBQ pit pro, and a lover of hole-in-the-wall pubs, state parks, and quiet weekends in Willis, Texas. Whether he’s manning a smoker, planning his dream fishing trip to Alaska, or unwinding with a whiskey old-fashioned, Brian knows how to keep things balanced. He believes work matters, but family comes first, and home is where the stress stays out. His philosophy is simple and steady: hang it up when you get home, be present with the people who matter most, and pick things back up fresh in the morning.
