Raised in Philly, Pete O’Donnell brings over 20 years of hospitality experience to Chrane, with a background that spans both front and back of house across restaurants, hotels, consulting, and even owning his own sandwich shop. He was drawn to Chrane for the chance to work alongside talented people, stay at the forefront of the industry, and help operators become more efficient or scale their concepts with confidence. A true saucier at heart, Pete loves building flavor through sauces and thoughtful systems, and he brings that same attention to detail into every kitchen conversation. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing soccer, and supporting all things Philly sports, with the tattoos to prove it. At home, he’s outnumbered by his pets: two dogs, Wylie and Cooper, and a cat named Matilda. When he’s not in the kitchen or on the field, he’s likely quoting The Big Lebowski or putting his language skills to use. A lifelong sneakerhead, Pete has also started his own shoe company after realizing there were no truly comfortable, functional sneakers designed for chefs who spend long hours on their feet.
