ABOUT Cale

Cale Laaser joins CJR with experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry and an appreciation for the relationships that keep the business running. After three and a half years with a kitchen equipment supplier in Bryan, Texas, he gained hands-on experience managing warehouse operations and supporting the restaurants the company served. Having previously completed an internship with CJR, he was drawn back by the culture the team has built and the company’s focus on taking care of customers first. He’s excited to continue learning the industry while building strong relationships with customers and service teams. Outside of work, Cale enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, and working around the property with his dad. One of his favorite ways to unwind is taking the boat out on Lake Bridgeport just before sunset.
