Itze Benitez joins our Chrane Customer Success team in Houston with prior experience as a Client Relations Team Lead, completing orders full-circle and building relationships with valued customers. In a customer service role, she strongly believes that empathy and effective communication make all the difference! Itze’s friends would describe her as, “the one that will empower them to believe in themselves.” And now she’s joined a team of Chraniacs that instill the same confidence in each other! Outside of work, you can find Itze drinking a Michelada Modelo at Lupe Tortilla or watching Netflix shows with her son and dog. Itze chose the Chraniac life because, “Chrane cares and values their employees. I know they are setting me up for success in every aspect of my career.”
